The Ch. 0117 cliffhanger is now fully explained:

• Plot-designer: Mr. 3 (strategist-tier, brain-tier officer)
• Execution-team: Mr. 5 + Miss Valentine (Bomu Bomu no Mi-secretion-payload delivered into the ale)
• Target: Trick Dorry and Brogy into killing each other so the Officer Agents collect the 200M combined bounty without combat.
• Mechanism: Dorry drinks the bombed ale → collapses mid-duel → Brogy assumes truce was broken / dishonor on Dorry’s part → Brogy attacks Dorry believing the no-rest-between-rounds honor-code was violated → Dorry-Brogy mutual-kill outcome.
