A Spy Hides Among Oden's Retainers

Why this matters
A negative-space + chekhov-explicit seed: a named-but-empty suspicion (“Yougara”) flags the existence of a traitor while withholding who it is, so the eventual reveal lands as both a payoff and a misdirection (the guessed name was wrong). Generalize: when Oda has characters name a suspect in passing, the named suspect is often the decoy and the real one is already on the page.
