Wapol’s state-licensed cadre of twenty physicians — the sole legal practitioners of medicine in Drum Kingdom under his tyranny. Named on-page across Ch. 136 (as the External Injury Squad reattaching Wapol’s decapitated head, pp. 9-10), Ch. 136 p. 11 (Dalton’s indictment of the Twenty-Doctors-in-the-castle hostage regime), and Ch. 141 (the Doctor Hunt purge frame).

• Ch. 136 pp. 9-10 — twenty identical bald goggled surgeons (the External Injury Squad) reattach Wapol’s decapitated head with a hammer, steel plate, needle, and scalpel. First on-page demo of the cadre as Wapol’s surgical retinue and survivability layer.
• Ch. 136 p. 11 — Dalton indicts the medical-tyranny regime: “Instead of caring for your people, you held the sick of the nation hostage!! That is a crime!!! With every doctor in the whole country in your castle… the sick had to beg you for medical treatment!”
• Ch. 141 p. 11 — Wounded family’s plan: “I’m calling the Twenty Doctors. Better to beg Wapol’s forgiveness than to let you die!!” — confirms that access to the Twenty Doctors required begging Wapol (treatment at the king’s discretion).
