Ch. 283 (page 13): Bilka named again, tying it to the Maxim’s doomsday function. The Shandian chief, ordering the evacuation, tells his people Enel “is going to destroy this country” and “will do the same thing he did to his homeland, Bilka.” This re-establishes Enel as a serial homeland-destroyer with a pre-Skypiea conquest, and that he originated from elsewhere in the sky before seizing the Skypiea “Kami” throne six years ago.
