Profile
A Vivre Card of Luffy, made by Nico Robin off the sleeping Luffy at Kyros’ home (“Here, this is Luffy’s vivre card. I had it made.”, Ch. 794 p. 14 — Luffy: “When did you do this…?”). Sabo tears off “a little piece” to keep, giving the Revolutionary Army a permanent life-signs lock on Luffy. Distinct from the Ace-given card Ace (Ace’s card → Luffy) — cross-link, do not merge. See Vivre Card, Sabo Holds A Piece Of Luffys Vivre Card.
Card history
| Chapter | State | Implication |
|---|---|---|
| Ch. 794 | intact | Luffy healthy (sleeping off the Doflamingo fight); Robin makes the card, Sabo keeps a fragment |
| Ch. 801 | intact | A fragment is now also carried by Bartolomeo — Sabo “made a vivre card for me” that “points to the real Mistah Luffy” (pp. 12–13). The Barto Club captain can home in on Luffy as he ferries the crew off Dressrosa. |
Lore
The Vivre Card system was introduced as a paper-based life-signs tracker; Ace is the canonical first-debut example. This card inverts the Ace-card relationship: where Ace gave Luffy a piece of his own card, here a piece of Luffy’s card is taken by his surviving sworn brother Sabo — the Revolutionary Army’s number-two now carries a homing lock on the future Pirate King.
