Ch. 707 pp. 13–15 — the powerful fighter no one can name
King Riku — a skull-caped swordsman who fights with a sword and no shield (“What is he, a samurai from Wano?!”) and is called “ridiculously powerful” — draws the same reaction the Kyros mystery did: veteran gladiators feel they have “seen him before… someone who fought without a shield like that,” yet cannot recall his name. The doubled collective half-amnesia about an undeniably powerful fighter is negative-space foreshadowing of a hidden, important identity, and parallel-arc-structure rhyming Ricky with the erased Kyros .
Name-etymology — the alias encoded the answer
The very name “Ricky” (リッキー Rikkī ) is an English-style diminutive of “Riku” (リク) — a buried phonetic clue that the unremembered masked swordsman belongs to the Riku line. Ch. 742 the Kyros flashback reveals a masked, incognito Corrida-Colosseum fighter named “Ricky” to be King Riku name-level Ricky = Riku equation ON-PAGE .
