In the Ohara flashback, Professor Clover lays out the full Void-Century hypothesis — the Poneglyph-makers had an enemy; the 100-year void ended 800 years ago at the WG’s birth; an immense ancient Kingdom once thrived and was erased; the WG fears its very existence and idea — and reaches “…and its name is…” before Spandine orders “Kill him.” The deliberate cut-off at the exact moment of revelation is negative-space foreshadowing: the withheld name is flagged as the single most dangerous fact in the world, the one thing the WG commits genocide to keep unspoken. The dead scholar’s interrupted line is the through-line Robin (designated finisher) — and later Vegapunk’s also-interrupted broadcast — recur against.
