Pedro’s former pirate crew. Named on-page when Baron Tamago addresses him as “Captain Pedro of the Nox Pirates” (Ch. 849 p. 15). The crew is tied to a clash with the Big Mom Pirates~5 years ago in which Big Mom stole 50 years of Pedro’s life (p. 16) — i.e. the era of the Rocky Port Incident. Notable events
Ch. 849 — crew identity established on-page via its captain. Baron Tamago names “Captain Pedro of the Nox Pirates”; the two share matched left-eye scars from a clash five years prior, and Big Mom is revealed to have stolen 50 years of Pedro’s life back then (pp. 15–16).
Ch. 850 — the crew’s backstory lands in Pedro’s flashback: the Nox Pirates raided Totto Land; Big Mom’s lifespan roulette took 100 years from Zepo (killing him) and 50 from Pedro, and Baron Tamago took Pedro’s eye (pp. 8-10). Pedro, the surviving captain, self-detonates at the Chateau courtyard (p. 11).
Ch. 877 — the Nox Pirates’ former captain Pedrodies: a point-blank self-detonation against Perospero to free the Thousand Sunny and save the Straw Hats (pp. 16–17), closing his arc.
Ch. 878 — the founding philosophy lands in Pedro’s death flashback: he named the crew Nox (“night”) because every night ends in a sunrise, dedicating his shortened life to “the dawning of the world” where Roger and Oden await (pp. 4-5).
