The overt “LIBERTY” wording lands one chapter after the Nika / “Warrior of Liberation” reveal (Ch. 1043–Ch. 1044) — a thematic echo of the liberation motif now attached to Luffy’s awakened fruit (Gomu Gomu no Mi, the Sun God Nika; the Drums of Liberation). (A purely-decorative carnival reading is also defensible; held pending.)
