Summary

Inside Mirro-World, the Luffy–Katakuri duel is being secretly tilted: Charlotte Flampe, the 36th daughter of Charlotte and Katakuri’s self-proclaimed #1 fan, has been blowing “silent” numbing needles into Luffy from a hidden vantage, then crowing to her entourage that she alone “turned the tide of battle.” Katakuri pieces it together — Luffy’s focus faltered for an instant because of Flampe’s blowgun, and that was the only reason his belly-gouging blow landed — and is disgusted: “Do you really think I want to win that way?!” Flampe, full of herself, brags that she is Katakuri’s favorite sibling. Katakuri silences her by stabbing his own leg to even the handicap and then deliberately baring his hidden mouth — a fanged, ear-to-ear maw — telling the jeering crowd that if they will laugh at Luffy they must laugh at him too. Flampe, horrified by the face she once idolized, recoils and calls her brother a monster, vowing to photograph the “hideous face” and shame him across Totto Land. Both fighters, fed up, simultaneously erupt with Conqueror’s Haki, flattening the spectators. Katakuri concedes he no longer assumes Luffy is beneath him; Luffy grins, “That’s great! Thanks — but I’m still going to win!”
