Summary

As the Birdcage steadily shrinks and crushes Dressrosa toward its center, Viola (using her clairvoyance) directs Zoro and the fish-man Hack toward the former royal plateau where Doflamingo now is. In the flower field outside the palace, the dwarves work to reattach Trafalgar Law’s severed arm; Law lays out the larger stakes — even if Doflamingo falls here, “great waves will spread throughout the world,” and the people of Dressrosa will be the “eye of the storm.” Back at the fight, Luffy reveals his trump card: Gear Fourth. He bites into his arm and inflates his body with armament Haki (“Muscle Balloon”), becoming the hardened, oversized, bouncing “Bounce-Man.” He explains the form was built on his two years of fighting giant beasts — he needed both size and resiliency. With Gum-Gum Kong Gun he launches Doflamingo clear across town, then chases him with bouncing strikes — Rhino Schneider, Culverin, Athlete.
