- Named for the **Swallow**, an English ship at the **Battle of San Juan de Ulúa (1568)** — the same battle that supplies the names of its neighbours Minion and Rubeck (← *Jesus of Lübeck*). The fleet's young captain **Sir Francis Drake** (commanding the *Judith*) is the real-world namesake of X Drake, whose father Diez Barrels holds the Op-Op Fruit one island over — so the cluster is a hidden Drake-family monogram. JP スワロー (Suwarō) is a direct transliteration of English 'swallow' (the bird).

A North Blue island where Corazon is to rendezvous with Doflamingo and the Donquixote crew three days before the Rubeck Island deal. Sengoku stations two battleships there to ambush and round up the entire Donquixote Family at once (p. 8, p. 11). Shown on the Navy’s operation map.
Etymology
Swallow ← the English ship Swallow, part of the fleet at the Battle of San Juan de Ulúa (1568), alongside the Minion and the Jesus of Lübeck — the source ships for neighbouring Minion and Rubeck. The battle’s young captain Sir Francis Drake is the real-world namesake of X Drake; X Drake’s father Diez Barrels holds the Op-Op Fruit in this same cluster (father–son confirmed in SBS Vol. 78), making the three island names a covert Drake monogram.
