Profile
A former naval officer turned pirate captain. He and his crew hole up in a ruined ghost town on Minion Island (North Blue), where they have come into possession of the Op-Op Fruit — the “Ultimate Devil Fruit” — and plan to sell it to the Navy for an enormous sum, after which “we won’t need to be pirates anymore.” He does not grasp the fruit’s true value (p. 3, p. 12). Sengoku is familiar with him — “Yes, he’s a former naval officer… The pirate’s name is Diez Barrels” (p. 11). His base is silently infiltrated and burned by Corazon, who steals the fruit (pp. 11–17). A crewman named “Drie” is shown serving grog (p. 12, named-only — no standalone note).
