Clover re-establishes the same structure in a wide band: “Five thousand years old!! …this library takes pride in storing the world’s most important and ancient knowledge.” The Tree of Knowledge as the towering vessel of the world’s forbidden history — the thing the Buster Call then erases (Ch. 395 ).
The payoff

Saul shows Robin the Owl Library restages the exact composition ~22 in-story years later. Caption: “THIS IS THE WONDROUS OWL LIBRARY!! ” A colossal organic library — an owl-shaped tower riddled with windows and balconies spiralling up, crowned by a giant owl head, foliage spilling over it — towers and fills the vertical frame; at its base, adult Robin (with Chopper) stands as a small dark silhouette gazing up (DOOM!!). And the literal payoff: “all the texts that Ohara protected 22 years ago… they’re all here!! ” The library Robin is dwarfed before is the same archive she was a speck before on Ohara — the Tree of Knowledge reconstituted, every salvaged book now giant-sized. She weeps.
Why this matters
A deliberate scale-contrast / silhouette restaging : same character (Robin), same layout (a tiny figure at the foot of a colossal organic knowledge-library that fills the frame), and the payoff library is literally the Ohara archive given back. The page itself remembers Ohara — the establishing shot of the place that was burned out from under her is re-booked as the establishing shot of the place that returns it to her. The watch-rule: when a character finally reaches the thing they lost, check whether Oda re-stages the original establishing composition , not just the dialogue — a restaged towering-library / speck-sized-Robin shot is his tell that a destroyed place is being handed back.
