The seed
King’s on-page debut: a dominant upper-page splash of the fire-wreathed Pteranodon-Zoan filling the frame, wings spread wide. His name “KING” is lettered large into the negative space mid-left; the attribution box “DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT TYPE, PTERANODON MODEL” anchors the lower-left as the threat-marker; awe-speech sits to the right (Big Mom’s crew “AAAAH!!!”); a giant “DOOM!!” / “GWAOOO” SFX registers the entrance; a tiered reaction strip (“King kicked them outta the air!!”) is the awe-chorus. The note for this card — King All-Star Reveal Restages The Beasts-Pirates Officer Splash Grammar — closes by predicting on sight: “Watch for the third All-Star (Queen) to receive the same card.”
The payoff
Queen’s on-page debut, five chapters later in the same arc: a dominant lower-page splash of the flamboyant cyborg-built All-Star mid-dance (“FUNKY!!”, “PLAGUE-A-LICIOUS!!”, “I LOOK ROUND, BUT IT’S ALL MUSCLE, BABY”), his chained mace-prop whirling, the figure filling the frame. His name “QUEEN” is lettered large in display letterforms into the negative space, with “THE PLAGUE” beneath; the lower-LEFT nameplate stacks “ANIMAL KINGDOM PIRATES, LEAD PERFORMER / QUEEN ⟨the⟩ PLAGUE / REWARD: 1,320,000,000” as the rank + threat-marker; awe-speech and reaction-onlookers (the wardens’ “QUEEN!! The deliberate variation is register: King’s card is a beast-colossus (Zoan form, fire, wings), whereas Queen’s is a flamboyant showman (human dance-pose, music gags) — but the reveal-card (oversized-name-in-negative-space + lower-left rank/threat nameplate + giant DOOM-SFX + awe-chorus) is reused near-identically, and Queen’s bounty caption snaps the slot back to Jack’s original.
Why this matters
This is the third confirmed instance of Oda’s Beasts-Pirates officer reveal card — Jack (Ch. 810, bounty caption) → King (Ch. 930, fruit caption) → Queen (Ch. 935, bounty caption) — and it lands exactly where the King note predicted it would. The card ranks a Kaido subordinate at All-Star / Calamity weight on sight, before the dialogue confirms the rank.
