• First on-page signal that Igaram survived the Whisky Peak decoy-explosion. Ch. 0114 closed on Vivi believing Igaram dead; the cover-art at Ch. 0125 is the deniable canonical confirmation that Igaram is alive. The cover-art layer is not in-story dialogue but is reliable forward-canon-signaling per Oda’s cover-arc grammar.
• Cover-arc-as-survival-signal grammar. Oda uses cover-arcs to signal off-page survival of characters who appear dead in-story. Recurring instances:
  • Vivi-with-Pell post-Alabasta cover-arc (Pell survives the Alabasta-bomb-detonation).
  • Vivi-with-Koza pre-Alabasta cover-arc (Koza survives the desert-revolt).

Her cover-art debut at Ch. 0125 is the first on-page appearance of any character from the Alabasta royal kitchens — pre-loads the Alabasta-saga supporting-cast roster.
• Multi-chapter cover-arc opener. This cover-art installment opens a multi-chapter cover-arc that will run through Drum / Alabasta arcs. Forward-payoff: Igaram returns alive on-page in the Alabasta saga.
• Pre-loads forward Igaram-and-Terracotta paired-loyalty doctrine. The royal-guard captain (Igaram) and the royal-palace-kitchens chief (Terracotta) are a husband-wife pair operationally serving the Nefertari royal family.
