Ch. 170 — Strawhat-Vivi group bisected:

• Luffy/Sanji/Usopp/Igaram already captives in the Rain Dinners underground V.I.P. cage when the chapter opens (continuation from Ch. 0169)
• Vivi arrives with Pell at Rainbase, confronts Miss All Sunday inside Rain Dinners, and is captured by Crocodile’s sand-tendril at the dinner table.

Why this matters

Structural pivot from infiltration-phase to escape-and-pursuit. With every named Strawhat-side combatant either caged or captured, the arc cannot proceed via direct confrontation; the next phase must be escape from the cage + pursuit across the desert to Alubarna for the climactic Crocodile-Luffy combat trilogy.

The double-capture also operationalizes the hostage-doctrine — Crocodile now holds Vivi and her crew, multiplying his leverage against Nefertari Cobra and the rebellion.
