The seed

Vivi-centered composition is the first on-page external (antagonist-perspective) confirmation that Vivi is the primary target — not a passenger, not a hostage-bargaining-chip, but the operational center-of-gravity of the target-group. Where Ch. 0105’s Going-Merry-mealtable composition pre-installed Vivi-at-the-Strawhat-table from the Strawhat-side composition (Vivi Slot Pre-Installed In Strawhat Mealtable Composition), Ch. 0119’s dossier composition validates the same pattern from the antagonist-side composition. The honorary-nakama-extension grammar is confirmed by both ends of the protagonist/antagonist axis.
Photograph-as-dossier is the operational counterpart to the Ch. 0110 photograph-as-identity-reveal beat (Miss Valentine reveals Vivi’s princess identity by holding up a photograph: “NEFELTARI VIVI!!! THE PRINCESS OF ALABASTA…”). The same prop (photograph) functions at two register-tiers: identity-reveal (Ch. 0110) and operational-targeting (Ch. 0119). Photograph-as-Baroque-Works-tool is now established at both registers.

The photograph-as-target-identifier grammar pre-installs the Imu-defaces-Vivi’s-bounty-poster beat (~Ch. 906) — Imu later uses the same photograph-as-identity-vehicle for the same target. The photograph-as-the-vehicle-by-which-Vivi-is-marked-for-elimination grammar lands here at Ch. 119 and persists through the Final Saga. Vivi is the photograph-marked target of every shadow-organization that successively learns her significance.

The boss’s secret construction is canonized as the operative target-justification — the targets have learned a secret that justifies their elimination. The targets are wanted not for being witnesses to Baroque Works operations but for having learned a discrete piece of intel about the boss. Pre-loads the Crocodile = Mr. 0 = Warlord = coup-d’état-planner reveal: the secret is the binding of Mr. 0 to Crocodile to Warlord and the discovery that the org’s real mission is the conquest of Alabasta (Ch. 0113 partial-payoff).

Goldenweek’s service set as the dossier-execution-tool — her paintbrush-rendered portraits are not decorative but operational. The forward-canon Color Trap technique (paint-as-emotional-manipulation) is here visually pre-loaded at the paint-as-targeting-tool register. The same character who later paints emotions onto victims here paints identities onto targets.

Operational-tempo install: Mr. 3 explicitly states the dossier-pickoff plan — “we can lure them into the jungle and pick them off one at a time”. The sequence is: (a) wait for Strawhats to disperse into the jungle (already happening); (b) isolate-and-strike one at a time; (c) Nami first (because she’s most-isolated and most-disoriented). The plan executes within the same chapter (Nami abducted p. 14).
