The “Snake Princess” arrives in person: Boa Hancock and her Yuda -drawn serpent ship (pp. 12, 19). The island’s snake iconography (九蛇 “Kuja,” the Snake-Princess epithet, the Yuda) resolves onto her. The deeper snake/petrification Devil-Fruit layer stays unnamed, so this seed remains pending per the reconcile (atmosphere/long-range).
Ch. 518 — pp. 7, 18-20 (partial — kept pending)
The snake motif is literalized in combat: at Hancock ’s command her sisters Sandersonia and Marigold begin transforming into snakes (the “Gorgon’s Curse” / “Snake Burrow Dance,” pp. 18-20), and Luffy is bound in an iron snake-rope in the Coliseum (p. 7). The Kuja serpent identity is shown to be Devil-Fruit-real — but the fruits are not yet named on-page, so this seed stays pending per the reconcile.
