Sick-Sick Fruit
Paramecia · current: Doc Q
Profile
Paramecia that inflicts disease/illness, including a contagious “feminization disease” that changes the victim’s gender and spreads person-to-person (“his antibodies will spread just as the illness did”). First named on-page in Ch. 1063 (VIZ caption “Sick-Sick Fruit,” p. 12), wielded by Doc Q, who infects Law’s crew during the Blackbeard ambush (pp. 11–12). Countered by sufficiently strong Haki — both Law and Jesus Burgess break through it. Romaji (commonly “Shiku Shiku no Mi”) not on-page.

Power limits & weaknesses
- Sufficiently strong Haki breaks the infection (Law: the powers “can’t withstand intense enough Haki”).
- Standard sea/seawater immobilization assumed.
Lore & theories
- Matches Doc Q’s Grim-Reaper / “Death-by-disease” motif (one of the Four Horsemen). Fits the Blackbeard officers’ all-fruit pattern — see Blackbeard Multiple Fruits, Nature of Devil Fruits.
