The 15th numbered Limited Cover (Page) Series, opening on the chapter title pages during the Marineford / Summit War run. Like the No. 11 Sanji, No. 12 Robin, No. 13 Franky, and No. 14 Usopp serials that precede it, this strip arrives fully formed as a narrative serial: the Ch. 552 title page carries both a descriptive title (“Chopper’s ‘I’m Not Food, You Jerks!!’”) and a “Vol. 1” installment counter (“Raccoon Stew Escape”), so the recurring-lead / recurring-counter test was met on page 1.
The serial picks up Tony Tony Chopper after the Sabaody dispersal (his Kuma-scatter landing), the same Kuma-scatter run dramatized for each Straw Hat — see Kuma’s Scatter Sends Each Straw Hat To A Place That Forges Them. The opener plays on Chopper’s reindeer-mistaken-for-a-raccoon-dog gag: the descriptive title “I’m Not Food, You Jerks!!” and the “Vol. 1” counter “Raccoon Stew Escape” set up locals who want to cook him. Record only what each installment shows on-page; do not import where the main story will later place him.

- Ch. 552 — Limited Cover Series No. 15: “Chopper’s ‘I’m Not Food, You Jerks!!,’ Vol. 1: Raccoon Stew Escape” (opener): establishes the serial’s banner, title, “Vol. 1” counter, and its premise — Tony Tony Chopper marooned by the Kuma-scatter and treated as food (a “raccoon stew” ingredient) by whoever found him, set to make his escape. - Ch. 553 — (no installment): the title page is a separation-era summer color spread (“BIG TIGER CREAM” stand), not a side-comic. The serial skips this chapter; its concluding installment spills onto the next chapter’s title page (a p. 19 overrun in 0553’s note flags the 0554 hand-off).
- Ch. 554 — Limited Cover Series No. 15: “Chopper’s ‘I’m Not Food, You Jerks!!,’ FINAL VOLUME: Man vs. Bird” (finale): the strip closes on Tony Tony Chopper among giant birds and barrels — a “Man vs. Bird” set-piece resolving the raccoon-stew escape into a clash with the local fauna.
