Elbaf (Ch. 1151) — debut: flipped into a demon

Etymology

“Thormann” = Thor (Old Norse Þórr, the thunder-god) + the Germanic/Scandinavian agentive suffix “-mann” (“man”) → “Thor’s man / man of Thor”; also a real Scandinavian-German surname Thorman(n), “servant of Thor.” Fits Elbaf’s systematic Norse/Viking naming (Loki, Harald, Estrid, Ylva, Ragnir, Dorry/Brogy). Thor is already coded into the arc via the guardian hammer Ragnir (kanji “iron thunder,” Ch. 1141) and Loki (who embodies both Loki and Thor). No explicit Oda/wiki gloss names Thormann himself — pattern-inference, medium confidence. See frontmatter etymology.
