Macro — boss of the Macro Pirates (the “Macro Gang”), a trio of fish-man kidnappers/mermaid-traffickers hired by Duval. First shown on-page in Ch. 492 (p. 6 intro caption: “MACRO GANG BOSS — MACRO (Macropharynx [gulper eel] fish-man)”). An Arlong-era associate of Hatchan.

- Named as one of the Fish-Man District orphan brothers (with Arlong, Jinbei and Fisher Tiger): “Macro became a cheat and a kidnapper” after the orphanage fell into chaos (p. 15). Roots his later mermaid-trafficking (Macro Pirates) in this district.
