The seed

The payoff

Why this matters — the prophetic-crew-splash rule extends to Nami

The Sanji Silhouette Debut note (mirror-evidence section) identifies the Ch 1 Romance Dawn splash as a prophetic-crew portrait that pre-installs every future Straw Hat with their canonical identifier-stack. The Sanji case was the first explicit confirmation (Ch 1 → Ch 50 silhouette payoff). Nami is the second confirmation, and the highest-fidelity match yet — the identifier-stack (orange hair + striped sailor shirt) is so specific that the Ch 1 figure could only be Nami, and the Ch 10 cover splash re-uses exactly the same wardrobe (striped sailor top is Nami’s series-default uniform across East Blue).

The mirror is also temporally tighter than Sanji’s: Sanji’s silhouette payoff was Ch 50 (49 chapters later); Nami’s named-debut payoff is Ch 10 (9 chapters later). Oda is paying off the prophetic-splash installations in order of recruitment-arc.

The Ch 1 splash also includes Zoro (visible by his three-sword + bandana identifier-stack), Usopp, Sanji, Chopper (small-deer-furred figure), Robin (long-dark-haired woman), Franky (muscular cyborg-coded figure), and likely Brook (skeletal figure background). Each of these should receive their own prophetic-crew-splash pre-install mirror-note when their named-debut chapters are mirror-hunted. The Sanji and Nami notes establish the template.
