Chapter title = “The Dream of Wano.” On Fire-Festival night, the Flower Capital crowd openly fantasizes (pp. 2-4) that the Kozuki clan’s battle “is happening RIGHT NOW,” that warriors were recruited “from all over the world to help,” and that Orochi and Kaido are being sliced up at Onigashima — the “legend that seemed plausible enough to support their faith.” Dramatic irony: the dream is literally underway above them (the raid). Seeds the eventual on-page liberation of Wano as the payoff of the people’s faith.
