Why this matters

Tashigi is now operationally a named-blade-economy actor, not just a Marine officer. Her sword-collector mission is articulated on-page: she hunts pirates for their meito (named-blades) and collects them — “meito belongs with a worthy bearer” is her implicit doctrine.

This installs the meito-stewardship value-grammar that drives the later Wano-katana-trade arcs:
