The seed
Ch. 107 page 17 — Igarappoi reflexively fires the saxophone-shotgun (IGARAPPA!!!) for the first time, hitting his own teammates with the wide-cone blast. Ch. 109 page 3 — Igarappa!!! — Mr. 8 fires the saxophone-shaped firearm at Zoro again, now as a controlled named-attack. Page 16 — Igarap-pappa!!!! — the saxophone is revealed to be a convertible multi-barrel artillery cannon (Cha-Choonga / Ka-Chak! — multi-barrel cycling). The chapter promotes the Ch. 107 prop-tell to a fully-canonized weapon-grammar.
Why this matters
First fully-canonized Baroque-Works disguised-weapon establishes the organization’s combat-grammar — every Baroque-Works officer wields a weapon disguised as a non-weapon object:
