Why this matters
This is the single most important retroactively-foundational power-system pre-load in early One Piece. It chains directly off the existing precursor note Zoro Hears The Breathing Of All Things Observation-Haki Precursor (Ch. 195, Alabasta): Zoro’s “breathing of all things” was the first individual heightened-perception register; Skypiea’s Mantra is the first named, systematized, taught/used-by-many version of the same faculty. Together they are the two-stage runway to the forward-canon Observation Haki system.
