Why this matters
Oda names a load-bearing power-system 200+ chapters before he explains it, and shows its strongest tier (Conqueror’s presence) as raw will that collapses the weak and splits the sky — the canonical “named before explained” Oda move applied to the single most important combat mechanic in the back half of the series.
