The Giant Jack (present Ch. 263, foregrounded Ch. 267) is
the colossal vine-pillar climbing to the Kami’s temple — a transparent Jack and the Beanstalk
overlay (giant + sky-climb + treasure at the top), fitting Skypiea’s fairy-tale register.

Why this matters
Pairs with the oppressed-people-overthrow-false-god structure that the
Nika Silhouette in Skypiea note tracks as a Wano parallel. A clean example of Oda
overlaying a familiar fairy-tale armature (Jack and the Beanstalk) on an arc’s central treasure-and-tyrant
question, with the “treasure at the top” deliberately revealed empty to redirect toward the real prize.
