Why this matters
The Ch. 134 anti-monarchist nation-rebuilding doctrine (Dalton’s articulation of the citizens’ wish to build a new… peaceful nation without a king) + Ch. 153 cherry-blossom-snowfall (Hiriluk’s posthumous miracle) + forward-canon Sakura Kingdom rename is the three-step structural arc-coda:
- The kingdom rejects the monarchy
- The kingdom receives the miracle-cure
- The kingdom renames itself after the miracle
The rename is the political consequence of the medical-miracle. It also retroactively justifies Hiriluk’s 30-year project — the man who tried to make cherry blossoms bloom on a perpetual-winter island succeeds, and the island re-keys its identity around the success.
