Ch. 151 p. 12 — Dalton, riding the ropeway carriage to Drum Castle with the villagers, lifts his coat to reveal sticks of dynamite strapped across his torso: “I want you all to take cover. Now listen, people, when we get there and I enter the castle… DYNAMITE!!!”. First on-page Dalton-suicide-vest beat — the Ch. 147 even if I have to become a villain myself moral self-recusal is now an actual explosive vest. Pairs with Hiriluk’s Ch. 145 self-detonation atop Drum Castle — Drum’s resistance grammar is suicide-by-bomb, two generations running.

Why this matters
Canonizes Dalton’s willingness-to-die-to-end-Wapol register as the arc’s moral ceiling — a regime-officer-turned-protector willing to walk into the castle wearing his own death. Structurally pairs with Hiriluk’s Ch. 145 self-detonation atop the same castle: Drum’s two generations of resistance both reach for suicide-by-bomb. The doctrine never has to deploy (Luffy’s defeat of Wapol resolves the conflict before Dalton reaches the castle), but its existence on-page commits Dalton to the good-king-must-be-willing-to-be-bad doctrine in literal explosive form — pre-loading his installation as Drum’s new ruler at the arc’s end.
