The seed

Why this matters

Three operational confirmations of the Ch. 110 Mystery doctrine from a second independent Officer-Agent’s POV:

  1. Paper-directive boss-channel (p.4) — boss-orders arrive on paper, no in-person delivery. The PLUNK!! SFX is a prop-tell of the compartmented-cell organizational structure. Mr. 5’s Ch. 110 we never reveal the identity of any of our people. Our organization’s motto is ‘Mystery.’ And especially not the boss’s monologue is here operationally re-canonized at a second officer’s location — the doctrine is enforced via the physical-channel of communication itself, not just verbal motto.
  1. Code-name-only public-address enforcement (pp.3-4) — Mr. 3’s stop calling me by my code name in public… you’ll give away my secret identity!!! against Goldenweek is the internal-officer enforcement of the secrecy doctrine. Officers do not even know each other’s real names — the partner-pair compartment-break is enforced between the partners, not just between cells.
  1. Internal-perk Officer-Agent staging-island (p.3) — Cukor Island is canonized as an internal-perk staging-island reserved for Officer Agents (parasol-loungers, Earl Grey tea-service). This adds a tier-stratification layer to the organizational doctrine: Officer Agents have luxury staging-islands that Frontier Agents do not, but they receive boss-directives via paper just as Frontier Agents do. The Mystery doctrine cuts across all tiers; the perks do not.

The boss-identity-reveal (Crocodile, Ch. 174) is structurally pre-loaded — every chapter that shows boss-orders arriving via paper-only-channel hardens the boss-must-be-someone-who-could-not-reveal-themselves-in-person sub-thesis. By Ch. 117, we now have two independent Officer-Agent confirmations of the paper-only boss-channel (Mr. 5 in Ch. 110 dialogue; Mr. 3 in Ch. 117 visual-prop), and the doctrine is strictly org-wide.
