The doctrine cross-confirms as enforced across pairs, not just one officer’s quirk. A second independent Officer-Agent’s POV operationally confirms the org-wide compartmentalization-as-enforced-secrecy rule. Ch. 110’s we never reveal the identity of any of our people. Our organization’s motto is “Mystery.” And especially not the boss’s compartmentalization doctrine is partially modified here: Vice President Miss All Sunday is canonized as the sole exception — the only agent who knows the boss’s true identity. The Mystery motto is operational at all ranks below VP; the VP slot is the structural compartment-break. The fact that this exception exists at the partner-of-the-boss slot (Mr. 0 + his Miss-partner) installs the boss-couples-are-the-only-uncompartmented-pair organizational design.
Ch. 112 (whole chapter) — Re-confirmation evidence
Operational confirmation of the Ch. 110 compartmentalized-secrecy doctrine: Mr. 5 + Miss Valentine continue mission-execution without calling for higher-rank backup after being one-stomped by Luffy. Agents are accountability-bound to complete assignments with what they have — pre-loads the Crocodile-failure-is-death enforcement-doctrine.

secret criminal organization doctrine as ex-insider exposition
Vivi monologue: “It’s a secret criminal organization. Not a soul in it knows what the boss looks like. It mostly deals in espionage, assassination, theft, and bounty hunting. The boss tells everyone what to do.” Closes the three-chapter doctrine-canonization stack (Ch. 0105 = motto-articulation, Ch. 0110 = Mystery-doctrine + identity-secrecy, Ch. 0111 = full organizational-classification + operational-portfolio). The chapter title itself — THE SECRET CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION — is the title-canonizing payoff of the Mystery-motto doctrine.

Mystery monologue formalizes compartmented-cell organizational structure
Pages 10-11: Mr. 5 monologues — “We never reveal the identity of any of our people. Our organization’s motto is ‘Mystery.’ And especially not the boss’s.” The Ch. 0105 seed-install (Ms. Wednesday’s company-motto half-line) is now fully canonized as a compartmented-cell organizational doctrine : (a) no agent knows any other agent’s true identity beyond the cover-name, (b) no agent knows the boss’s face, (c) the boss communicates by exact words delivered through unknown channels (per forward-canon Ch. 0173+), (d) internal accountability runs through the Unluckies (otter + vulture surveillance corps) who dispatch when agents fail. Failure-mode canonized in the same chapter : Vivi/Igaram infiltrated specifically because of this compartmentalization — the boss does not personally vet field-agents, so two royal-Alabasta-undercover-agents could embed at Frontier-Agent and Mr.-8 tiers respectively without detection. The Mystery doctrine is the structural-precondition for the entire Vivi-Igaram infiltration plot — and (by extension) for the entire Alabasta-saga plot. Forward-payoff: the compartmentalization grammar is the template for every later WG spy-organization Oda installs (CP9, SWORD, Revolutionary Army cells, Five Elders’ Abyss Covenant).

Why this matters
The organization is NOT yet named at Ch. 105 (the Baroque Works name lands in a later chapter), but the codename-pair-of-agents + secrecy-motto + numbered-and-day-named structure is installed in seed form:
Mr. 9 (number-name) + Ms. Wednesday (day-name).
The numbered-male / day-named-female pairing structure scales across the entire Alabasta arc roster (Mr. 5 / Ms. Valentine, Mr. 3 / Ms. Goldenweek, Mr. 2 Bon Clay, Mr. 1 / Ms. Doublefinger, Mr. 0 Crocodile / Ms. All Sunday).
The Mystery motto is the organizational tell — the secrecy-doctrine itself is the organization’s identity. It justifies every disguise, every codename, every front-village setup. The motto is the conceptual glue that makes the entire codename system coherent.
