The seed

The seven-target kill-cascade (named on-page)

  1. Sanji — the in-progress kill (the monologue is delivered mid-Sanji-fight)
  2. Usoppthat long-nosed fool
  3. Zoro — by name
  4. All villagersfor their rebellion (responding to Ch. 81 Genzo-led charge)
  5. Luffythe rubber man; will die at the same time (chained underwater)
  6. Genzothe village headman
  7. Namithat traitor, last on the kill-cascade

Why it matters

The chapter canonizes:

  1. Nami-as-marked-traitor — Kuroobi’s voice makes it explicit that Nami’s trader-of-the-crew status is the formal Arlong-Pirates verdict. The Ch. 80 implied Arlong-was-never-going-to-keep-the-promise premise is here on-page-articulated.
  2. Arlong’s promise-was-always-a-lie — confirms the Arlong Promise Tell and Arlong 100M Berry Buyback Contract trap-deal readings.
  3. The Cocoyasi-villager-rebellion is criminalized — from Arlong’s perspective the Ch. 81 charge re-classifies the entire village as kill-targets. The Cocoyasi-cannot-be-rescued-from-outside axiom (Nobody Escapes Arlongs Control Doctrine) inverts: once Cocoyasi rebels, the village’s collective survival is on the line.
