Profile

Inazuma’s Paramecia Devil Fruit, named on-page in Ch. 540 (p. 11): “He can manipulate anything he cuts like paper! Inazuma ate the Snip-Snip Fruit.” Inazuma’s hands transform into giant scissors; he can cut through solid material — including the stone floor of Impel Down’s Level 6 — as if it were paper, and then bend, slide, and reshape the cut sections at will. In Ch. 540 he slices and rearranges the floor slabs to wall off the encroaching sleeping gas during the Level 6 breakout (pp. 10-11). User: Inazuma, right hand of Emporio Ivankov and a member of the Revolutionary Army. The cutting ability was first shown (unnamed) around Ch. 537; the fruit is named here.

Lore & theories

A spatial/material-manipulation Paramecia whose utility is structural rather than combat-flashy — turning Impel Down’s stone architecture into foldable “paper” to redirect a hazard (the sleeping gas) mid-escape. Cross-link Nature of Devil Fruits.
