Dressrosa-Reader-Request-Title-Pages

A register-bin, not a serial — the Dressrosa-arc successor to the concluded Caribou’s New World “Kee Hee Hee” serial (which ended at its FINAL VOLUME @0731). With the Caribou picaresque finished, Oda fills the Dressrosa chapter title pages with reader-requested gag illustrations: a fan mails in a one-line premise (printed as a “REQUEST … BY {pen-name} FROM {prefecture}” caption), and Oda draws it as a standalone B&W chapter-title panel. These carry no recurring cover-serial banner and no “Vol. N” installment counter, so they are logged in one place to keep future reader passes from forking each gag into a new cover serial.

The structural test is the same as the prior arc bins (Return-to-Sabaody-Reader-Request-Title-Pages, Marineford-Title-Page-One-Offs, etc.): a page belongs here when its title strip carries only the chapter title plus a “REQUEST” requester credit — no serial banner, no installment counter — verified on-page. The gags are unrelated to the chapter’s main-plot content and never rejoin main canon.

Cover-slot interruption (0751–0785). This bin is non-contiguous. After the @0732–0738 run, the Dressrosa cover slot was taken over by the 27-installment No. 21 serial The Solitary Journey of Jimbei (@0751 → FINAL VOLUME @0785). That serial signed off on its own internal send-off coda (no cover→main merge), so the cover slot reverts to standalone reader-request gag pages at @0786 — logged here as a resumption of the same register, not a new bin. (The bin was never re-keyed to concluded when Jimbei started because Jimbei is itself a self-contained numbered serial with its own note; this register-bin simply pauses for the serial and resumes after it.)
