Rear Admiral Strawberry of Navy Headquarters — a tall, narrow-headed Marine officer who springs the ambush on the Sun Pirates at Foolshout Island. He had obtained confirmation from a tipping island that the crew was coming, on the condition the Navy overlook the escape with the Celestial Dragons’ “property” (Koala), charging the Sun Pirates with assault and theft (p. 10). Leads the trap that mortally wounds Fisher Tiger.
