Shimotsuki Furiko is a member of the Shimotsuki clan of Wano, named directly in Oda’s own written SBS prose (not merely a diagram figure).

The same page carries a supplemental family-tree diagram (not Oda’s written prose — a drawn insert, transcribed here via Fandom’s character-stub sourcing) that further states Furiko married a swordsman named Roronoa Pinzoro and that their son was Roronoa Arashi — which would make Furiko Zoro’s paternal grandmother. This specific descent leg (Furiko → Pinzoro → Arashi → Zoro) is the central claim adjudicated and scored refuted (0.40) at the highest evidentiary bar by the vault’s Gauntlet — see Zoro Is of the Shimotsuki Line for the full adjudication. Furiko’s own identity (Ushimaru’s sister, emigrant from Wano) is solid; the Zoro-descent claim specifically is not.

Catalogued from the One Piece Wiki and cross-referenced against SBS Volume 105. One-off / minor character — no on-page manga or anime appearance.
