He unveils a black-flame-patterned awakened were-leopard form — “Here’s a newsflash for you, Straw Hat! You’re not the only one who’s gotten stronger!!” — captioned “Cat-Cat Fruit Model: Leopard — Awakened Form.”
Vegapunk’s side notes that awakened Zoan powers “usually absorb and control the user’s personality,” that Lucci’s is “quite a rare specimen,” and remarks on his astonishing speed. The awakening lands during the CP-0 raid to eliminate Vegapunk; Stussy tries to restrain him — “No, Lucci! We don’t have clearance yet!”
