A pink island (“all the plants and animals here are pink”) billed as “the famous second island of women” whose people “all have the hearts of maidens” — revealed to be the okama Kamabakka Queendom (pp. 18–19). Sanji is flung here by Kuma’s paw and chased by its okama; writing “Dear Nami and Robin…”, his line ”…I’m in hell” is the chapter’s title beat. A deliberate structural mirror to Amazon Lily (the first island of women) — the all-female Kuja rhymed against the all-okama Kamabakka.

Etymology

Momoiro Island (モモイロ島, read Momoiro Airando; VIZ “Peachy Island”) — 桃色 momoiro = “pink” (literally “peach-color”), describing the island where “all the plants and animals are pink.” It hosts the Kamabakka Kingdom/Queendom (カマバッカ王国 Kamabakka Ōkoku): kama (from お釜 okama, slang for an effeminate/cross-dressing man) + bakka (ばっか, colloquial ばかり “nothing but / full of”) = “nothing but okama.” The “second island of women” framing rhymes the all-okama nation against the all-female Kuja of Amazon Lily — an on-theme scatter destination for Sanji.
