Profile
The Lvneel Kingdom of the North Blue — the home polity of Mont Blanc Noland. Named on-page for the first time in Ch. 286 (ship hull “LVNEEL.K.D,” p. 15; admiral’s nameplate “MONT BLANC NOLAND — EXPLORATION SHIP ADMIRAL, LVNEEL KINGDOM, NORTH BLUE,” p. 17). Its exploration fleet sailed the Grand Line 400 years ago and reached the surface-world Jaya, where Noland encountered Calgara, the “Demon of Shandora.” The kingdom is the seat of the “Noland the Liar” folktale (The Noland Legend and the City of Gold) — the polity whose king later sentenced Noland to death for “lying” about the mountain of gold.
