Why this matters

Classic Chekhov’s explicit gun: a named escalation-tier power introduced verbally at chapter-end before being demonstrated on-page. The Baku Baku no Mi’s Ch. 131 eat-anything baseline (knife, rigging, hull, biting Luffy) was the surface tier; the Munch-Munch Factory names the fusion-and-recreation tier: Wapol can combine objects he has eaten into new forms. This is the forward-canon Wapol House March fusion-body — the chimeric assemblage of Wapol-plus-objects that turns him from a comedic-tier opponent into a genuine threat.

The chapter-end cliffhanger naming-before-demonstrating is also a structural beat: Wapol has been comedically humiliated (left the fight for warmer clothes, p. 6; kicked off the castle wall, pp. 17-18); the Factory threat re-stakes him as a next-chapter danger. The arc’s villain-power-escalation grammar.
