Pre-loads the saga’s dual mission-objective and Vivi’s emotional-stakes register (she is fighting both for the kingdom’s survival and for her father’s reputation).

The daughter-defends-father register lands at the load-bearing exposition tier: Vivi is articulating Cobra’s victimhood while the crew is processing the Dance Powder Incident’s frame-up structure. The two beats interlock — Vivi is the on-page guarantor that the king is innocent, and the chapter’s evidence-chain (Dance Powder mechanism + palace-plant + King’s Miracle re-interpretation) confirms her position.
