The seed
Inside Kaido’s castle, the two siblings transform together: a single dominant ~¾-page panel split between the pair — Ulti rearing centre-right mid-transformation, Page One’s Spinosaurus head jutting in from the left. Twin vertical display-letterform name labels anchor the bottom corners: “PAGE ONE” lower-left under “DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT TYPE, SPINOSAURUS MODEL”, and “ULTI” lower-right under “DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT TYPE, PACHYCEPHALOSAURUS MODEL”. A “DOOM!!” entrance SFX registers up top; the margin awe-chorus (“MASTER PAGE ONE?! WHY ARE YOU TRANSFORMING?!” / “LADY ULTI?!”) frames the pair. The two are revealed as one paired card, not two solo splashes — the only Flying-Six members granted that treatment, because they are the only siblings.
The payoff
~15 chapters later the same pair, now in full dinosaur form, smash through the open ground in a caption-boxed “OUTSIDE THE ONIGASHIMA DOME” — and Oda reruns the exact paired card. One dominant split panel fields both siblings side by side; the twin vertical name labels return at the bottom, each topped by the “TOBI ROPPO” affiliation band: “ULTI” lower-left under “DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT TYPE, PACHYCEPHALOSAURUS MODEL”, “PAGE ONE” lower-right under “DRAGON-DRAGON FRUIT, ANCIENT TYPE, SPINOSAURUS MODEL”. This is the two-as-one cousin of the single-officer King/Jack splash and the six-member Tobi-Roppo roster card (977→978).
