Ragnir Waited For One Who Could Strike Back Against Imu
Status: pending · Technique: chekhov-explicit, name-etymology
The seed
Imu itself, on-page, tells the hammer: “Ragnir, thou wert waiting… for one who could strike back against Mu. Isn’t that right?! ” — the enemy confirming the artifact’s purpose.
While absorbing the dragon’s hammer-strike, Imu murmurs “Just like Douzan… ” — an unexplained name implying a PRIOR combatant who hit Imu this way; the natural candidate is the hammer’s former master, the Warrior God of Elbaf .
The payoff
(Pending.)
Why this matters
It makes Elbaf’s national treasure + Ragnir a designed countermeasure to Imu , and gives the Warrior God a possible name (Douzan ) for the eventual Void-Century payoff. Watch: any on-page identification of “Douzan.”
