The seed
Vivi’s Ch. 130 maximum-speed favor-request lands: the Straw Hat crew has delivered the Princess to Alabasta. The Drum-Island doctor-recruitment detour (Ch. 131-156) did not derail the mission; the Ch. 130 mission is structurally executed as of Ch. 162 (first on-page Alabasta-interior chapter). The Crocodile-confrontation phase of the mission is forward-canon — payoff status: structural arrival confirmed; mission-completion (Crocodile defeated, Alabasta civil war averted) still pending.
Vivi gathers everyone: “Everyone, I need to ask a favor of you… I know this is selfish of me… but my country is in grave peril… There’s not a moment to spare!! So I want you to sail this ship at maximum speed… and head straight for Alabasta!!” The crew agrees at once (Sanji: “Of course! We promised you we would!!” ), and the plan is fused — getting Nami to a doctor becomes the fastest route to Alabasta.
The payoff
Why this matters
The chapter is named after this request; it is the first on-page formal mission-request from Vivi to the assembled crew and re-keys the Vivi Princess Save The Kingdom Strawhat-Mandate commitment. Pre-loads Vivi’s later arc-role as the mission-bearer the crew has sworn to protect.
