Why this matters

This is the load-bearing generalization step in the Crocodile duel: the Ch. 0199 water-counter solved how to hit a Logia, but left a supply problem (the wet fist dries; the barrel runs out — see Ch. 200). Ch. 0204 closes the supply problem by making the liquid Luffy’s own blood — inexhaustible and on-tap. The “water solidifies sand” mechanic becomes “any liquid solidifies sand,” and the chapter title (Red) frames the whole reveal.
