The seed

First on-page combat-tier use of Mr. 3’s wax-Paramecia against a Strawhat target. The Ch. 0118 power-demos (the quickie wax-house + the 10,000 Kill-O-Press on a jungle-lizard) were demonstration-mode beats — Mr. 3 showing off his fruit to Mr. 5 / Miss Valentine in the wax-house. The Ch. 0119 wax-strike is the operational deployment mode — a Strawhat target removed from play without combat.

Operationalizes the improvise and conquer motto in the same chapter the motto is canonized (p. 11) — the dossier-pickoff plan’s first execution is the silent abduction of the most-isolated target via wax-strike. Mr. 3 doesn’t fight Nami, he takes her off the board. The combat-doctrine and the fruit-deployment converge in a single chapter.

The wax-Paramecia category is extended from architectural / crushing-platform (Ch. 0118) to stealth-abduction-tool + figurative-illusion-construct (Ch. 0119). The fruit’s operational modes now include:
