Pre-loads the next-chapter Vivi-as-Crocodile-hostage forward-arc-engine. The guest of honor register is performative-cruelty grammar — Crocodile is staging the capture as a spectacle to be witnessed by the Strawhats from the Sea-Stone cage. This pre-loads:

• The hostage-clock kill-set-piece that drives the Rain-Dinners-arc-finale
• The forced-witness dynamic — the Strawhats can’t intervene (Sea-Stone-disabled) and must watch
